Return Request

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their goods to notify us of a return request. The goods must be returned as soon as possible from acknowledgement of the return request. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, and any goods lost in transit during the return process will not be eligible for a refund. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
